BIO BASED BEAUTY

Natural-based products designed for sensitive skin. We use naturally derived ingredients and biodegradable surfactants while avoiding harmful synthetic chemicals. These are replaced with high-quality natural ingredients that can biodegrade naturally and do not leave harmful residues in the ecosystem.

ECO FRIENDLY

Environmentally conscious in every dimension of cosmetic packaging. We use eco-friendly packaging blended with recycled plastic to reduce the use of new plastic. We also use FSC-certified paper from responsibly managed forests, as well as parcel boxes and protective materials made from recycled paper, such as honeycomb paper instead of plastic bubble wrap.

NON-ANIMAL TESTING

We respect the rights of all living beings. Our products are not tested on animals at any stage, including skin irritation testing. We also avoid using extracts derived from living creatures as product ingredients.

REEF SAFE

Free from ingredients that may harm coral reefs, such as Oxybenzone and Octinoxate, which are commonly found in conventional sunscreen products. This helps protect marine ecosystems and supports more responsible skin care products.

NON-ALLERGENIC

Free from ingredients known to cause skin irritation. Every product in CAREBEAU’s Clean Beauty range is formulated without the 30 prohibited ingredients listed under our brand standard, ensuring safety, transparency, and responsible manufacturing.

DERMATOLOGIST TESTED

Tested under dermatological supervision. Our products are tested and certified by skin specialists to help confirm their safety and gentleness on the skin. They are free from ingredients that may cause irritation or allergic reactions, making them suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and allergy-prone skin.

What is an OEM manufacturing agreement?

An OEM manufacturing agreement is a formal contract between the brand owner and the manufacturer. It defines the product details, production requirements, responsibilities, and key terms before manufacturing begins.

The agreement usually covers product specifications, formula or product properties, production quantity, payment terms, production timeline, quality control, formula ownership, intellectual property rights, and confidentiality.

A clear agreement helps both parties work with confidence, reduces misunderstandings, and ensures that the production process follows the agreed terms.

What are the steps in the cosmetic manufacturing process?

The cosmetic manufacturing process generally includes the following steps:

  1. Consultation and requirement analysis
    Our team reviews your product idea, product category, desired formula, key benefits, target market, budget, and brand direction to recommend the most suitable manufacturing approach.
  2. Quotation and production details
    We prepare a quotation with product details, sample requirements, operating conditions, costs, and estimated production timeline for your review.
  3. Sample testing and formula confirmation
    Once you test the sample and approve the formula, we proceed with formula confirmation, Thai FDA notification, and preparation for full-scale production.
  4. Packaging and label design
    Our design team can support logo design, label layout, and packaging design based on your brand identity and product positioning.
  5. Production planning
    For first-time production, the estimated timeline is usually around 60 days after all designs and production details are confirmed. Repeat orders may take around 30 days, depending on the product type, packaging, and production quantity.
  6. Manufacturing and quality control
    Products are manufactured under certified standards with quality checks throughout the production process to ensure safety, consistency, and readiness for sale.
  7. Final payment and delivery
    After quality inspection is completed, the remaining balance is settled according to the agreed terms. Products are then delivered to the designated destination.

Do you provide export documentation services?

Yes. We can support the preparation of export-related documents based on the customer’s requirements and the destination country’s regulations.

Do you offer product design services, and what information do I need to prepare?

Yes. We provide logo, label, and packaging design services. Service fees depend on the scope of work, such as:

  1. Logo design starting from THB 2,000, including up to 2 revision rounds
  2. Label design starting from THB 3,000, including up to 2 revision rounds

Information you should prepare includes product details for the label, brand name, preferred mood and tone, color direction, typography style, and any reference designs.

If you already have your own design team, we can provide the print area, label dimensions, and technical requirements so your team can prepare the artwork correctly.

The design timeline is typically around 5–7 business days, depending on the completeness of the information and the number of revisions.

Do you provide Thai FDA cosmetic notification services?

Yes. We can assist with Thai FDA cosmetic notification for your products. Our team helps prepare the required information and submit the notification according to the relevant process.

Typical fees include:

  1. Entrepreneur registration code: THB 1,000, one-time fee. If you already have an entrepreneur code, this fee does not apply.
  2. Thai FDA cosmetic notification: THB 1,500 per product
  3. Formula development fee: THB 4,000 per formula, only for new formulas. This fee does not apply to repeat orders using an existing formula.
  4. FDA notification renewal fee: THB 1,500 per product every 3 years
  5. Product barcode fee: THB 3,000 per product every 3 years

The Thai FDA notification process typically takes around 7–10 business days, depending on document completeness and the review process.

What types of products can your factory manufacture?

We manufacture a wide range of personal care, skin care, hair care, and body care products.

Hair care products may include shampoo, hair treatment, hair serum, leave-on products, hair tonic, gray hair shampoo, hair bleaching products, hair coloring cream, and hair color wax.

Skin and body care products may include shower cream, lotion, salt scrub, body care products, and other product types depending on formula feasibility and packaging suitability.

Minimum order quantities generally start from approximately 5,000, 10,000, or 20,000 pieces, depending on the product type, formula, packaging, and production conditions.

The estimated production timeline is around 60 days for new products and around 30 days for repeat orders.

Is your factory certified by international standards?

Yes. Our factory is certified under standards related to cosmetic and skin care manufacturing to ensure product quality, safety, and consistency.

Key standards include:

  1. ISO 9001:2015
    An international quality management system standard that supports systematic operations, consistent quality control, and effective customer satisfaction management.
  2. ISO 22716
